Wanda Commercial Properties Vice President Lai Jianyan and the Secretary General of the Yacht Club of Monaco Bernard d'Alessandri held a meeting in Beijing On June 30, 2014.

The two sides signed a consulting agreement for the Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis marina. The agreement signifies the beginning of an important phase of the Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis marina project.

The parties also initiated discussions on design, construction and operation of the marina at the Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis and exchanged ideas on the yacht industry. 

Liu Bing, Vice President of the Wanda Commercial Planning & Research Institute, and Jonathan Garrison, General Manager of the International Cooperation Department of the Wanda Capital Operations Center, were also present.
